Required information in your notice
To file a valid copyright infringement notice, please include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or as an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, please provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material on FridayNightFunkin.app that you claim is infringing, with information sufficient for us to locate it (e.g., the specific URL).
- Your contact details: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

FridayNightFunkin.app is a fan-made website. The original Friday Night Funkin game and its characters, music, and artwork are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Fan-made mods and community content featured on this site are the property of their individual authors. We do not claim ownership of any third-party game content, trademarks, or copyrighted works.
The site's own content — including written descriptions, page layout, and design — is protected by copyright and owned by or licensed to the operator of FridayNightFunkin.app. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution of this content for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Counter-notification
